Never a slave: Analysis of selected comics
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných komiksů z edice Nikad robom. Věnuje se hlavně komiksům o jugoslávském partyzánském odboji během druhé světové války. Komiksy jsou analyzovány po stránce kompoziční, jazykové a významové. Cílem je poukázat na to, jak bylo v socialistické Jugoslávii na období druhé světové války pohlíženo.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of selected comics from Nikad robom (Never a slave) edition. Deal with mainly to comics about the Yugoslav partisan resistance during World War II. Comics are analyzed in terms of composition, language and semantic. The aim is to point out how was seen period of World War II. in the former socialist Yugoslavia.
