Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje problematice systémů vhodných pro enkapsulaci aktivních látek, jako jsou lipozomy, niozomy, transferzomy, emulze a micely. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of systems suitable for encapsulation of active ingredients, such as liposomes, niosomes, transferzomes, emulsions and micelles. Emphasis is also placed on the characteristics of polymeric surfactants and their micellar parameters, with respect to the poloxamers used in the experimental part.
