Tématem této diplomové práce je popis právního režimu pozemku a stavby. Jedná se o přehled předpisů občanského práva, které platily nebo byly připravovány na území našeho státu, a které řešily právní úpravu pozemku a stavby a práv s nimi spojenými. The topic of this thesis is a description of a legal regime of land and building. It is a summary of provisions of civil law, which were effective or which were prepared in our country and which solved legal regulation of land and building and rights associated with them.
