Diplomová práce analyzuje výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací pod dohledem probační a mediační služby. Charakterizuje jak samotný výkon tohoto alternativního trestu, tak i instituci, která je s výkonem tohoto trestu spjatá. The thesis analyses the execution of community service sentences under the supervision of the probation and mediation services. It characterizes both the actual execution of that alternative sentence and the institution involved in the execution of that sentence.
