Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá rozdělením a popisem druhů komunikace, dále také mezilidskými vztahy, osobnostní typologií, důležitostí konfliktů, ale také důsledky, které mohou mít nevhodné pracovní podmínky na zaměstnance.
