Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na inovácie v oblasti vkladových produktov na Slovenskom trhu z pohľadu výhod a nevýhod pre klienta. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Na začiatku sa autor zameral na teóriu úspor, ktoré poňal ako vklady. Nazerá na vklady z rôznych hľadísk a odborne definuje jednotlivé vkladové produkty pomocou odbornej literatúry.
