Options for increasing the transmission of tractor wheel traction to the ground

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti zvyšování přenosu hnací síly kol traktoru na podložku. Teoretická část se zabývá silovou a výkonovou bilancí traktorů. Dále uvádí různé způsoby, jak je možno zvýšit přenos hnací síly pomocí přídavných závaží anebo zvýšení styčné plochy pneumatiky. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se práce zabývá hypotézou, která říká, že lze zefektivnit přenos hnací síly na podložku pomocí umístění předního závaží do větší vzdálenosti od přední nápravy. V této části je proveden výpočet zatížení přední a zadní nápravy při různých variantách umístění předního závaží. Dále je vytvořeno grafické znázornění průběhu změny hmotnostního rozložení v závislosti na tahové síle. Praktická část má za cíl analyzovat výstupní parametry u traktoru bez předního závaží a traktoru vybaveného předním závažím. Jsou tedy porovnávány naměřené hodnoty prokluzu a skutečné rychlosti při různých převodových stupních. Následně byly dopočítány hodnoty tahového výkonu a měrné tahové spotřeby paliva. Výsledky polního měření vyšly jednoznačně lépe pro traktor vybavený předním závažím, jelikož rozdíl mezi tahovými výkony byl až 12 kW. Taktéž měrná tahová spotřeba vyšla výrazně lépe v případě traktoru s předním závažím, protože bylo dosáhnuto až o 93 g.kW-1h-1 nižší měrné tahové spotřeby než v případě traktoru bez závaží.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the possibilities of increasing the transmission of the driving force of the tractor wheels to the ground. The theoretical part deals with the force and power balance of tractors. It also lists various ways in which it is possible to increase the transmission of driving force by means of additional weights or by increasing the contact surface of the tire. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the hypothesis which says that the transmission of driving force to the ground can be made more efficient by placing the front weight at a greater distance from the front axle. In this section, the load on the front and rear axles is calculated for different variants of the placement of the front weights. Furthermore,a graphic representation of the change in mass distribution depending on the traction force is created. The practical part aims to analyse the output parameters of a tractor without front weights and a tractor equipped with front weights. Therefore, the measured values of the slip and the actual speed for different gears are compared. Subsequently, the values of tractive effort and specific tractive effort have been calculated. The results of the field measurements came out clearly better for the front weight equipped tractor, as the difference between the pulling powers was up to 12 kW. The specific pulling power was also significantly better for the tractor with front weights, as up to 93 g.kW-1h-1 lower specific pulling power was achieved than for the tractor without weights.
