Business Plan for the Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářská práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro společnost Svatošky - dětský ráj. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a vybraná struktura podnikatelského plánu. Zpracované poznatky jsou aplikované v praktické části, kde je vytvořen návrh plánu. Veškeré informace k praktické části byly získány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jednateli firmy a provozní manažerkou. Tyto informace byly dále použity na vytvoření návrhu plánu. Vypracovaný plán je přínosem nejen pro interní, ale i externí uživatele vzhledem ke zlomového bodu kterým je změna vlastníka pozemku areálu, na kterém se podnik nachází. Na závěr bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny přínosy vytvořeného plánu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the company Svatošky - dětský ráj s.r.o. The theoretical part introduces basic terms and selected structure of the business plan. The processed knowledge is applied in the practical part which contains the proposal of the business plan. Informations in the practical part were obtained by semi-structured interviews with managing director and operations manager. These informations were also used to create the proposal of the plan. The plan is beneficial for internal and also for external users due to the turning point which is the change of owner of the land where the area is located. The conclusion contains the benefits of the created business plan.
