Práce řeší manažerský problém optimalizace hodnototvorného procesu v podniku. Prvně je zkoumaná relevantní literatura spojena s procesy v podniku, analýzou procesů a způsoby jejich optimalizace. The work solves the managerial problem of optimizing the value-creating process in the company.
