Rovné příležitosti a gender patří mezi diskutovaná témata v Evropské unii. Hovoří se i o zákonem stanovených kvótách poměrného zastoupení obou pohlaví ve vrcholných funkcích. Equal opportunities and gender are among the topics discussed in the European Union. She is also the statutory quotas proportional gender representation in top positions. Not all member states are not willing to accept such decisions. An interesting situation is in politics.
