The Common Agricultural Policy

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Evropská zemědělská politika“ je analyzovat vývoj a skladbu výdajů na společnou zemědělskou politiku (SZP). První část je zaměřena na historický vývoj SZP z pohledu vývoje výdajů na zemědělství, vývoje podílu agrárního sektoru na HDP a na celkové zaměstnanosti, z pohledu nejvíce produkovaných a podporovaných zemědělských komodit a rozpočtových bilancí členských států. Druhá část se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou výdajů na zemědělství v EU v 21. století, určením výdajů na SZP podle druhu podpory a zemědělských komodit a analýzou současných rozpočtových bilancí.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis “The Common Agricultural Policy” is to analyze the progress and the structure of the expenses of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The first part is focused on the historical progress of CAP by force of the agricultural expenses progress, progress of the share of the agricultural sector in GDP and in total employment, by force of the most produced and supported agricultural commodities and the budget balances of the member states. The second part is focused on the economic analysis of the agricultural expenses in EU in the 21st century, on identifying of the CAP expenses by kind of support and agricultural commodities and on the analysis of the present budget balances.
