Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvořit ucelený podnikatelský záměr pro založení a provoz psí kavárny v Praze. Práce je rozdělena do dvou logických celků – teoretického a praktického. Teoretický charakterizuje podnikání a podnikatelskou činnost obecně, vymezuje podstatné části podnikatelského plánu. Praktický celek přibližuje čtenáři samotný záměr včetně cíle, vize a mise, analýzy trhu (PESTLE, Porterova analýza pěti sil, SWOT), marketingového a finančního plánování. Práce bude sloužit autorovi jako opora pro budoucí realizaci nápadu.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis was to create a comprehensive entrepreneurial intent to establish and run a dog coffeeshop in Prague. The thesis is divided into two consistent units - theoretical and practical. Theoretical one characterizes entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activities in general, defines all the important parts of a business plan. Practical unit describes the intent as such including aim, vision and mission, market analysis (PESTLE, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT), marketing and financial planning. This work will serve as a pillar for future idea realization by the author.
