Liberalizace pracovního poměru se zaměřením na práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele

The liberalization of employment with a focus on the rights and duties of the employer
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce představuje proces liberalizace, jeho dopad na pracovní právo, především pak ale na pracovní poměr, jakožto základní pracovněprávní vztah. V práci je pak detailně popsána současná právní úprava jednotlivých fází pracovního poměru, zejména se zaměřením na práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele a možnosti liberalizace této právní úpravy.
Abstract:
Submitted thesis presents a liberalization process in labour law and its influence on labour law as such, but above all its influence on the employment as a basic labour law relationship. The thesis thoroughly analyzes current legislation of particular phases of employment, especially with focus on the rights and duties of the employer and possible ways of liberalization of actual legislation.
