Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení projektů od definování základních pojmů až po jednotlivé kroky plánování projektu. Obsahem této práce je vytvořený logický rámec, s navazujícím plán rozsahem neboli WBS. Dále časový plán, plán zdrojů, nákladů a řízení rizik. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on project management from the definition of basic concepts to the individual steps of project planning.
