Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Měření výkonnosti ve výrobě: identifikace a řešení problémů“ je analýza a optimalizace používaných postupů měření výkonnosti výroby ve zkoumaném podniku, zabývajícím se výrobou aktivních farmaceutických substancí. Teoretická část obecně charakterizuje výrobu v šaržích a postupy jejího plánování, farmaceutický průmysl, výkonnost a běžně používané postupy jejího měření. Praktická část analyzuje současné systémy měření výkonnosti výroby podniku a navrhuje jejich úpravu a doplnění. Na závěr je vyhodnocen ekonomický přínos návrhů autora.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis: “Performance measurement in production: problem identification and its solution” is to analyze and optimize performance measurement systems used in the company specialized in active pharmaceutical ingredients production. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes in general batch production and its planning procedures, pharmaceutical industry, performance and its commonly used measurement methods. The practical part analyzes currently used performance measurement systems in company’s production department and proposes its modification and extension. Economic benefits of the author’s proposals are assessed at the end of the thesis.
