Tato práce ukazuje problematiku pobytových oprávnění v ČR. Tyto oprávnění od vstupu do EU / Shengenu nezahrnují jenom přístup volných hranic, ale také nelegální praktiky při vstupu občanů cizích národností na území ČR. This work shows an issue of residence permit in the Czech Republic. Those permit don´t include only free crossing the Shengen borders but also ilegall practises for the entry of people from foreign countries into the Czech republic.
