Práce se v první části zabývá právní úpravu, resp. vymezením rozdílů, které vykazuje právní úprava dopadající na spotřebitelské a obchodní smluvní vztahy. Součástí je taktéž pohled z praxe a poukázání na praktické problémy úpravy. This diploma thesis is mainly oriented on the regulations in its first part. It is respectively defining the differences that exhibits legislation applying to the consumers and business contractual relations. It also includes the view from the practise and pointing out the practical problems of adjustments made.
