Abstract:

Cílem disertační práce bylo vyhodnotit změny výnosových a technologických parametrů cukrové řepy po mimokořenové aplikaci vybraných listových hnojiv, pomocných rostlinných přípravků a fungicidů. V letech 2014-2018 bylo založeno celkem 6 dílčích pokusů na vybraných stanovištích v regionu Střední Moravy. Testována byla aplikace vybraných makroživin, mikroelementů a užitečných prvků. Hodnocen byl i vliv aplikace fungicidů ve srovnání s použitím hnojiv s očekávaným fungicidním účinkem. Součástí pokusů bylo i ověřování využití tzv. pomocných rostlinných přípravků, konkrétně látky polyvinylpyrrolidon v přípravku Insenol. Přípravky byly aplikovány na plně zapojené porosty. Ze sklizňových výsledků je zřejmé, že mimokořenová aplikace testovaných hnojiv i přípravků ve většině případů pozitivně ovlivnila výnos bulev i polarizačního cukru z hektaru. Technologická kvalita cukrovky, především podíl melasotvorných prvků, jako obsah alfaaminodusíku a rozpustného popela se po aplikaci ve většině případů snižoval. To se odrazilo příznivě na podílu cukru v melase.

Abstract:

This dissertation aimed to evaluate changes in yield and technological parameters of sugar beet after extra-root application of selected foliar fertilizers, auxiliary herbal preparations and fungicides. In the years 2014-2018, a total of 6 partial experiments were established at selected sites in the Central Moravia region. The application of selected macronutrients, microelements and useful elements were tested. The effects of fungicide application were evaluated in comparison to the use of fertilizers with the expected fungicidal effect. The experiments also included verification of the use of so-called auxiliary herbal preparations, namely polyvinylpyrrolidone in Insenol. The preparations were applied to fully involved crops. It is clear from the harvest results that the extra-root application of the tested fertilizers and preparations in most cases had a positive effect on the yield of roots and polarized sugar yield per hectare. The technological quality of the sugar beet, especially the proportion of molasses-forming elements, such as the content of alpha-amino nitrogen and soluble ash, decreased in most cases after application. This had a positive effect on the proportion of sugar in the molasses.
