Analysis and Design of Adjustment of Internal Processes in C.S.CARGO a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou logistického centra společnosti C.S.CARGO a.s. První část práce analyzuje technické zázemí logistického centra. Ve druhé části je prováděna analýza logistických služeb, které jsou zajišťovány pro stěžejní zákazníky. Závěrečná část obsahuje návrh řešení vyplývající z předchozí analýzy, doplněný o závěrečné vyhodnocení uvedeného návrhu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Degree thesis deals with the analysis of the logistics center of joint venture C.S.CARGO a.s. The first part analyzes the technical facilities of the logistics center. The second part introduces the analysis of logistics services provided for the company key customers. Final part contains possible solution arising from the analysis, complemented by final assessment of the given proposal.
