V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval managementem a organizací a charakteristikou pořádání sportovní akce, Olympiádou dětí a mládeže v Olomouckém kraji 2011. Práce popisuje důležité kroky k zajištění úspěšného průběhu olympiády dětí a mládeže. Dále je zaměřená na strukturu organizačního výboru a kompetence rozhodčích a na sportovní disciplíny. Abstract:
In this thesis I dealt with management, organization and characteristics of organizing sports events, and Youth Olympics 2011 in the region of Olomouc. This work describes important steps to secure the success of the Youth Olympics event.
