Abstract:
Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce jsou tělovýchovné chvilky na 1. stupni základních škol. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na skladbu těla člověka, dále na vadné držení těla, tělovýchovné chvilky u žáků mladšího školního věku, režim dne dětí a pohybovou pyramidu. The main topic of this diploma thesis is physical education moments at the 1st stage of primary schools. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical.
