Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparaci metod řešení sporů v rámci WTO a GATT. Hlavní hypotézou je tvrzení, že Uruagayské kolo multilaterálních jednání, které symbolizuje přeměnu GATT ve WTO, přispělo k zefektivnění řešení sporů mezi stranami. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on comparation of dispute settlement methods on the ground of WTO and GATT. The main hypothesis is a predication that multilateral negotiations held in Uruguay, which symbolizes rebirth of GATT into WTO, enabled to solve disputes more effectively.
