Architectonical study and project of building permission of a family house which provides the owner with high living comfort but low operating costs - especially the energetic ones

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci je stěžejní navrhnout projekt rodinného domu v takové míře, aby splňoval kvalitu bydlení a respektoval moderní soudobý životní styl. Rodinný dům musí být navržen tak, aby bylo dosaženo nízkých provozních nákladů při užívání. Bude se jednat o dům nízkoenergetický, což bude prokázáno průkazem energetické náročnosti budovy, energetickým štítkem a tepelně technickým posouzením hlavních konstrukcí. Celý dům musí být navržen ze stavebního systému POROTHERM od výrobce Wienerberger cihlářský průmysl, a. s. Tato práce je v souladu s platnými zákony a normy České republiky. Projektová dokumentace je vytvořena v programu AutoCad 2010 a tepelně – technické výpočty jsou provedeny v programu Teplo 2010 a Energie 2014.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concers with designing of a family house which is supposed to fulfil the criteria of high quality of living and to respect modern contemporary lifestyle. In the bachelor thesis, there is a plan to be realised in order to achieve low operating costs while using the family house. This thesis deals with the so called low-energy house which is going to be proved by the energy performance certificate, energy label, and heat-technical assassment of the main constructions. The project is designed by Wienerberger cihlářská průmysl a.s. of the building system POROTHERM. This thesis is in compliance with the valid bills and norms of the Czech Republic. The project documentary materials are made in the program AutoCad 2010 and the heat-technical calculations are made in the program Teplo 2010 and Energie 2014.
