Freeskiing - beginning and progress of Newschool skiing in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářské práce se skládá ze dvou částí praktické a teoretické. Výstupem praktické části je kompletní zpracování, tedy práce redaktorská, střihačská a z větší části i kameramanská, osmi videí o freeskiingu. Tento interaktivní materiál je určen nejen pro mladou širokou veřejnost, ale slouží taktéž jako naučný materiál pro děti účastnících se freeski kempů. Kromě praktické části je důležitou složkou této bakalářské práce i část textová, která interaktivní materiál teoreticky ukotvuje. V interaktivním materiálu se objevuje samotný vznik freeskiingu. Prezentuje nejúspěšnější reprezentanty české republiky v tomto sportu a současně popisuje jejich výbavu pro freeskiing. Další kapitola se věnuje letnímu tréninkovému centru, kde si jezdci osvojují základní prvky skoku, které potom uplatňují při zvládání technicky složitějších tricích. Detailně rozebírá konkrétního jezdce, instruktora a zároveň reprezentanta Robina Holuba a to jak z hlediska tréninku na lyžích, tak v přípravě mimo svah za využití jiných kompenzačních cviků.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis consist of two parts - practical and theoretical. The output of the practical part is complete processing i.e., the work of editorial, cutting work and for the most part cameraman work, eight videos of freeskiing. This interactive material is designed not only for young general public, but serve also as educational material for children participating in freeski camps. Besides the practical is an important component of this thesis the text part which the interactive material theoretically anchors. In the interactive material appears the emergence of freeskiing. It presents the most successful representatives of the Czech republic in this sport and at the same time describes their equipment for freeskiing. The next chapter is devoted to the summer training centre, where riders learn the basic elements of the jump, which then are applied in the management of technically complex tricks. It gives a detailed analysis of a particular rider, the instructor and at the same time, representative Robin Holub, and how from the point of view of training on skis, in the preparation of the outside slope for the use of other compensatory exercises.
