Podnikatelský záměr pro založení animačního studia

A Business Plan for Establishing an Animation Studio
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro založení animačního studia v České republice. V teoretické části se nachází definování podnikání a filmového průmyslu obohaceno pohledem na umělou inteligenci. V praktické části se nachází aplikace business modelu Lean Canvas, analýzy provedené pomocí analytických nástrojů PESTLE a SWOT analýzy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focusing on creating a business plan for establishing an animation studio in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines entrepreneurship and the film industry appended by a look at artificial intelligence. In the practical part there is an application of the Lean Canvas business model, an analysis done by analytical tools PESTLE and SWOT analysis.
