Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou osobnosti pedagoga, dále nastiňuje jeho kompetence a zmiňuje se také o některých oblastech přípravy pedagogů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis devoltes to the role of drama education in the training of future pedagogues. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of teacher´s personality, then outlines his competences and also mentions fields of pedagogue´s preparation of pedagogues.
