Zabývá se koncepcí příspěvku na péči a obecně popisuje principy, z kterých příspěvek na péči vychází. Definuje základní pojmy příspěvku na péči. The thesis discusses the care allowance as one of the results of the transformation of social services. It deals with the concept of care allowance and generally describes the principles on which the care allowance is based. It defines the basic concepts of care allowance.
