Pegmatit Lhenice leží cca 23 km západně od Českých Budějovic, a je součástí jihočeského pegmatitového pole, které zahrnuje asi 10 frakcionovaných pegmatitů, které jsou charakteristické vysokými obsahy F, P, B a Li a přítomností pegmatitů lepidolitového, vzácně i petalitového a elbaitiového subtypu. The Lhenice I pegmatite, located ca. 23 km W from České Budějovice, Czech Republic, is a member of the South-Bohemian pegmatite field comprising ca. 10 fractionated pegmatites characterized by high contents of F, P, B and Li, and presence of lepidolite-, rarely petalite- or elbaite-subtype pegmatites.
