Bakalářská práce se věnuje zapojení českého nestátního neziskového sektoru v podobě nestátních organizací a think-tanků v průběhu přípravné fáze a následně v samotném výkonu předsednictví České republiky Evropské radě v roce 2009. The bachelor thesis examines the involvement of Czech non-governmental organizations and think-tanks during preparations for the Czech Presidency of the EU Council in 2009 and during the Presidency itself.
