Abstract:
Výraz e-Government představuje nový fenomén v oblasti veřejné správy s velmi rychlým vývojem. E-government je celkové zefektivnění funkce státního aparátu, zjednodušení komunikace mezi soukromým a veřejným sektorem a také mezi jednotlivými orgány veřejné správy navzájem. Přínosem této práce bude objasnění vývoje e-Governmentu v České republice, ve Francii a EU.
Abstract:
The term e-Government envisages a new phenomenon in the area of public services with a very fast development. It´s a streamlining of the state machinery functioning and facilitating communication between public organizations themselves. An important contribution of this thesis should be clarification of the progress in the area of e-Government in the Czech Republic, in EU and in France.
