Práce obsahuje historickou, komparativní a analytickou metodou rozbor dvou zákonů na ochranu republiky. Jedná se o z. č. 50/1923 Sb., na ochranu republiky a z. č. 231/1948 Sb., na ochranu lidově demokratické republiky.
Abstract:
The work contains historical, comparative and analytical method analysis of two protection laws of the Republic. These are from. No. 50/1923 Coll., On the Protection of the Republic and from. No. 231/1948 Coll., On the Protection of the People's Democratic Republic.
