Bakalárska práca „Regulácia finančných trhov“ sa zaoberá právnou reguláciou prevažne kapitálového trhu. Prvá kapitola sa venuje vymedzeniu pojmov finančný systém, finančný trh a regulácia finančného trhu a tiež dôvodom, ktoré k regulácii finančného trhu vedú.
