Metal Cutting Test of Milling Tools Coated with PVD Method
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na frézování povlakovanými nástroji metodou PVD za účelem testování jejich opotřebení. Teoretická část se zabývá frézováním, nástroji určenými k frézování, povlakováním a hodnocením řezivosti nástrojů. V praktické části byl proveden experiment, který zjišťoval vliv PVD povlakované vrstvy na opotřebení frézy. Závěr práce byl věnován vyhodnocení experimentu ze získaných dat.
Abstract:
The theses focuses on milling by coating tools with the use of Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) method. The aim is to test the deterioration of the tools. In the theoretical part of the theses is discussed milling, milling tools, coating and evaluation of rustiness of the tools.
