Abstract:

Téma mé diplomové práce je Spolek notářů československých. Práce je směřována především na historické období, a proto obsahem práce není notářství v současné době. Základním cílem práce je stručný popis historického vývoje a všech právních předpisů, které ovlivnily organizaci a činnost institutu notářství. Vyšším cílem práce je čtenářům přiblížit Spolek notářů československých a seznámit je s významnými představiteli tohoto spolku. Diplomová práce je systematicky rozdělena do sedmi částí včetně úvodu a závěru. První kapitola práce s názvem Notářství v Československé republice bude rozčleněna do pěti částí. V první části kapitoly jsou stroze popsány dějiny notářství. Druhá kapitola mé práce se věnuje spolkové činnosti. V této části práce je shrnuta historie spolčování od starověkého Říma. V následujících podkapitolách se budu věnovat nejvýznamnějším spolkům v období první republiky - Právnické jednotě v Praze, Spolku německých notářů Československé republiky, spolku Všehrd, Jednotě notářů v království Českém, Spolku pro vdovy a sirotky notářů v království Českém. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na Spolek notářů Československých. Tato kapitola týkající se dobrovolného a zároveň nejvýznamnějšího spolku je těžištěm této práce. Předposlední kapitola se zabývá publikační činností, tedy časopisem Právník, Všehrd a Zeitschrift für Notariat und freiwillige Gerichtsbarkeit in Österreich. V poslední kapitole, tedy páté, je přiblížen vývoj advokacie od roku 1918 do roku 1938.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is the Society of Czechoslovak Notaries. The thesis is mainly focused on the historical period and therefore the content of the thesis is not the notariat in the present time. The main aim of the thesis is a brief description of the historical development and all legal regulations that influenced the organization and activities of the institute of notary. The higher aim of the thesis is to introduce the readers to the Society of Czechoslovak Notaries and to acquaint them with the important representatives of this society. The thesis is systematically divided into seven parts, including the introduction and conclusion. The first chapter of the thesis, entitled Notarialism in the Czechoslovak Republic, will be divided into five parts. In the first part of the chapter, the history of notarization is described in a concise manner. The second chapter of my thesis is devoted to federal activities. This part of the thesis summarizes the history of association since ancient Rome. In the following subchapters, I will discuss the most important associations in the period of the First Republic - the Lawyers' Unity in Prague, the Association of German Notaries of the Czechoslovak Republic, the All-Herd Association, the Unity of Notaries in the Kingdom of Bohemia, and the Association for Widows and Orphans of Notaries in the Kingdom of Bohemia. The third chapter focuses on the Society of Notaries of Czechoslovakia. This chapter on this voluntary and most important association is the focus of this thesis. The penultimate chapter deals with publications, i.e. the journal Právník, Všehrd and Zeitschrift für Notariat und freiwillige Gerichtsbarkeit in Österreich. In the last chapter, the fifth, the development of the Bar from 1918 to 1938 is presented.
