Specific legal conditions for the practice of healthcare professions
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce zkoumá specifické pracovněprávní podmínky pro výkon zdravotnických povolání, kterými jsou zejména odborná způsobilost, zdravotní způsobilost a bezúhonnost. Vedle toho však v případě některých povolání přistupují i další podmínky - členství v samosprávné komoře a zvláštní osvědčení vydávané Ministerstvem zdravotnictví. Práce také zkoumá následky nesplnění těchto podmínek.
Abstract:
The thesis explores the specific legal conditions for the practice of healthcare professions, which are mainly professional competence, medical fitness and absence of conviction. In the case of certain professions some other conditions access - membership in the self-governing chambers and special certificates issued by the Ministry of Health.
