Burn-out Syndrom in Teachers in Pre-school Speech Therapy Classes
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je analýza výskytu syndromu vyhoření u učitelek logopedických tříd v mateřských školách. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První tři kapitoly jsou teoretické a vymezují problematiku stresu, syndromu vyhoření a předškolního vzdělávání. V empirické části jsou popsány cíle, hypotézy, metody a výsledky výzkumu.
Abstract:
The diploma work focuses on the burnout syndrome in teachers in speech therapy classes in mainstream preschools. The work is divided into four chapters. Chapters 1 to 3 are theoretical and they define stress, burnout and pre-school education. The practical part describes aims, hypotheses, research methods and results of research.
