Tato diplomová práce pojednává o institutu nájmu a pachtu s konkrétním zaměřením na nájem družstevního bytu a družstevní vlastnictví. Cílem práce je komparace pojmů nájmu a pachtu také podrobný rozbor nájmu družstevního bytu se záměrem zvýšení důvěry v tento typ vlastnictví a bydlení.
