Crystal Growth In Amorphous Drugs
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium rychlosti růstu krystalů v amorfních léčivech v závislosti na teplotě. Předmětem zkoumání je léčivo tadalafil, které se používá k léčbě erektilní dysfunkce a zmírnění příznaků benigní hyperplazie prostaty. Růst krystalů v amorfní formě tadalafilu v oblasti podchlazené taveniny byl sledován pomocí optického mikroskopu.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the study of crystal growth rate in amorphous drugs as a function of temperature. The subject of this research is the drug tadalafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction and alleviate the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Crystal growth in the amorphous form of tadalafil in the undercooled melt region was monitored using an optical microscope.
