Motion therapy design and possibilities for a child with Primrose syndrome

Abstract:

Tato kvalifikační práce zkoumá vliv individualizované pohybové terapie na rozvoj motorických funkcí u dítěte s Primrose syndromem. Vliv terapie byl hodnocen pomocí testové baterie MABC-2, která byla z určitých důvodů modifikována. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje popis Primrose syndromu, jeho příznaků a symptomů, motoriky a detailní charakteristiku testové baterie MABC-2. Praktickou část zahrnuje kazuistika probanda, která byla sepsána na základě videozáznamu od MUDr. Heleny Sobotkové. Dále je v této části použita zpráva z ergoterapie, která nám přiblížila motorickou úroveň probanda. V neposlední řadě je zde popsána pohybová terapie, její harmonogram, průběh, vstupní a výstupní výsledky probanda a následné vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This qualification work examines the effect of individualized movement therapy on the development of motor functions for a child with Primrose syndrome. The effect of the therapy was evaluated using the MABC-2 test battery, which was modified for certain reasons. The theoretical part of the work includes a description of Primrose syndrome, its signs and symptoms, motor skills and a detailed description of the MABC-2 test battery. The practical part includes the case report of the proband, which was written on the basis of a video recording by MUDr. Helena Sobotková. Furthermore, in this section, a report from occupational therapy is used, which brought us closer to the proband's motor level. Last but not least, movement therapy, its schedule, progress, input and output results of the proband and subsequent evaluation are described here.
