Evaluation of the Reliability of Companies and Suggesting an Optimal Way of Financing

Anotace:

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate and compare the financial performances of two leaders of quick-serving restaurant industry: Yum! Brands and McDonald’s using selected tools of financial analysis between 2014-2017. Finally, suggestions for possible improvements has been stated in the end of this thesis also. The analysis of the financial statements for the both companies by comparing their data and ratios, and interpreting them have been performed as well. Further, the author tests several bankruptcy models for the both companies and gives advices regarding the future strategies. The thesis should be useful for persons who are interested in financial analysis topics and their implications.
