Managing SLA and their Dependencies in the Clients Infrastructure
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je provést analýzu požadavků na nově navrhovaný informační systém pro řízení změn SLA a jejich optimalizaci. Práce bude obsahovat soupis funkčních požadavků na IS, návrh architektury systému, návrh sběru dat a základních obrazovek a reportů.
Abstract:
The objective of this bachelor work is to design IS for managing and optimizing Service Level Agreement. The work is focused on function requirements, system architecture, data acquisition draft, GUI and reports.
