Abstract:

CABAN Ján: Managing land registry and its relationship to enterprises and entrepreneurs [Bachelor thesis]. The Banking Institute, College of Banking Prague, foreign university Banská Bystrica. Department of Economics, Pricing, Social Science and Law. Thesis supervisor: JUDr. Marian Korytiak. The year of defense: 2014. Pages: 61. Bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive view of the Land registry and the interaction of entrepreneurs in applying of legislation upon registration. The aim is to determine the range of mutual interaction which arises in the cadastral proceedings upon registration of rights. The thesis core is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the historic description of cadastre development, its evolution and what preceded the current legal institute. Further the definition of the term of entrepreneur and enterprise. The second chapter analyses the state of competencies and organizational structure that went through a new reform. The third chapter provides a specific example of how an entrepreneur progresses upon registration of his rights to a property in cadastral proceedings. It also analyses and applies legal acts which an entrepreneur shall meet.

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Marian Korytiak. Rok obhajoby 2014. Počet strán: 61. Bakalárska práca prináša ucelený pohľad na správu katastra a vzájomné pôsobenie podnikateľov pri uplatňovaní práv pri zápise. Cieľom je stanoviť rozsah vzájomného pôsobenia, ktorý vzniká v katastrálnom konaní pri zápise práv. Jadro práce je rozdelené na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na historickú deskripciu vývoja správy katastra, ako sa vyvíjala a čo predchádzalo súčasnému právnemu inštitútu. Ďalej vymedzenie pojmu podnikateľ a podnik. Druhá kapitola analyzuje stav kompetencií a organizačnú štruktúru, ktorá prešla novou reformou. Tretia kapitola prináša konkrétny príklad, ako podnikateľ postupuje v katastrálnom konaní pri zápise svojich práv k nehnuteľnosti. Zároveň analyzuje a aplikuje, s akými právnymi úkonmi sa stretáva podnikateľ.
