Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se snažím seznámit čtenáře s vybranými pojmy, historií a institucemi v teoretické části tak, aby si udělali všeobecný přehled o zmíněné problematice. Cílem této práce je analyzovat realitu dodržování bezpečnosti a hygieny práce (BHP) ve vybraném podniku. Dalším cílem této práce je logicky, jednoduše a nenásilně čtenářovi vnuknout myšlenku, zamyslet se nad problematikou BOZP a hlavně pokusit se v životě o její dodržování. Myslím si, že dodržování bezpečnosti a hygieny při práci je velmi důležité a svou diplomovou prací bych chtěl poukázat, jak výše zmíněná problematika ve skutečnosti funguje. Základním předpokladem k dosažení solidní úrovně v péči o bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví je uplatňování předpisů k zajištění bezpečnosti práce a technických zařízení a jejich zavedení v každodenním pracovním režimu. V teoretické části se pokusím vysvětlit několik základních pojmů z oblasti bezpečnosti a hygieny práce, jako jsou legislativní podmínky, kde se čtenář dozví zhruba jaké jsou v České republice zákony a vyhlášky týkající se bezpečnosti a hygieny práce. Dále se snažím zdůraznit pojem zdraví člověka, jakožto nejdůležitější prvek života, bez kterého bychom si asi těžko mohli vůbec dovolit začít po ukončení školního vzdělání nastoupit do práce. Dále se zmíním o bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví jako takového. V druhé kapitole provedu stručný historický výtah tak, aby si čtenář mohl udělat obrázek o vývoji výše zmíněné problematiky a v poslední třetí kapitole se snažím uvést hlavní instituce působící na poli bezpečnosti a hygieny práce v České republice a ve stručnosti shrnu jejich pracovní činnost. V aplikační části se zaměřím na dodržování bezpečnosti a hygieny práce, následně uvedu konkrétní údaje a tabulky úrazovosti z praxe za určité období. Dále čtenářovi sdělím, jaké úrazy a v jaké intenzitě se ve velkých podnicích stávají a v poslední kapitole se čtenář dočte o některých nástrojích používaných ve velkých podnicích k dodržování bezpečnosti práce.

Abstract:

In my dissertation I try to inform the readers about the selected terms, history and institutions in the theoretical part to make a general overview about the mentioned problems. The aim of the dissertation is to analyze the reality of safety and hygiene of work keeping in the chosen company. The next aim is logically, simply and naturally inspiring the reader to think about the problems of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and to try to keep it in common life. My opinion is that keeping safety and hygiene at work is very important and I would like to refer how the above mentioned problems work in reality. The basic hypothesis for achieving solid level in care of the safety and health protection is keeping regulations which lead to ensuring the safety of work and technical equipment and their using in everyday working system. In the theoretical part I would try to explain some basic terms from the area of safety and hygiene of work as legislative conditions, where the reader will know about the laws and regulations concerning safety and hygiene of work in the Czech Republic. I also try to emphasize the term of human health as the most important factor of life we will hardly be able to start making a career after passing the school education without it. I mention safety and health protection. In the second chapter I make a brief historical overview to simplify the reader making a point of view about development in the above mentioned problems. In the last one, the third chapter, I try to enumerate the main institutions working at the field of safety and work hygiene in the Czech Republic and I shortly summarize their working activities. In the practical part I focus on safety and work hygiene keeping, consequently I show specific data and tables of personal accident rate from practice for a given period. I inform the reader about accidents in big companies and their intensity. The last chapter is about instruments used in big companies to keep safety of work.
