Cílem této diplomové práce je odhad hodnoty podniku pivovar KRAKONOŠ spol. s r.o., který působí na českém trhu k 31. 12. 2013 s využitím výnosové metody diskontu cash flow ve variantě entity. Získaná hodnota podniku by měla sloužit pro potřeby managementu firmy a celkově by tato práce měla sloužit jako informace pro vlastníky firmy a případné investory. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the pivovar KRAKONOŠ spol. s r.o. company operating in the Czech market for the date of 31st December 2013 with a use of the yield method in the entity variant.
