Innovation of personnel policy at the Town Authorities Boskovice
Abstract:
Diplomová práce srovnává realizované organizační změny na Městském úřadě Boskovice během posledních let. Tyto změny reagují na vývoj legislativy a na závěry z provedeného personálního auditu. V závěru práce je předložen návrh nové organizační struktury při zachování současného počtu pracovníků.
Abstract:
This work compares the implemented organizational changes at the Town Authorities Boskovice in recent years. These changes respond to legislative developments and conclusions of the performed personnel audit. The final part of the work presents the proposal of a new organizational structure while maintaining current number of employees.
