Abstract:
Práce pojednává o hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. V teoretické části jsou pomocí odkazů na odbornou literaturu vysvětleny základní používané pojmy a definice vztahující se k hodnocení výkonnosti podniku, projektovému řízení a benchmarkingu.
