Industrial Rights and their International Protection

Anotácia:

Předmětem předložené práce je poskytnutí celistvého přehledu systému ochrany průmyslových práv rozborem českého zákonodárství, které zajišťuje ochranu průmyslových práv v České republice. Dále navazuje analýza nejvýznamnějších mezinárodních smluv, zabezpečujících mezinárodní ochranu průmyslových práv. V práci je uveden postup při podání přihlášky k vybraným mezinárodním systémům ochrany a následné fungování institucí při zpracovávání přihlášky. V závěru práce je provedena analýza vztahu společnosti k ochranné známce.

Abstract:

The subject of this work is to give a complete overview of the system protection of industrial rights analysis the Czech legislation, which ensures the protection of industrial rights in the Czech Republic. Then follows the analysis of the most important international contracts, securing international protection of industrial rights. The work contains a procedure for filing an application to selected international systems of protection and subsequent functioning of institutions in the processing of the application. In end of the work is performed an analysis of relationship between the company and the trademark.
