Tato práce je zaměřena na rozbor problematiky lhůt bezhotovostního platebního styku v aktuální, předchozí i budoucí právní úpravě a její praxi ve vybraných obchodních bankách. This thesis is focused on the analysis of the deadlines in cashless payment transactions in current, previous and future legal regulation and practice in the selected commercial banks.
