Available options for processing and using stillage.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat možnosti zpracování a využití lihovarnických výpalků. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na líh a jeho výrobu. Je popsáno stručné shrnutí vývoje lihovarnictví nejen v České republice, ale i ve světě. Hlavní část práce se zabývá shrnutím poznatků o využití lihovarnických výpalků v zemědělství, a to především jako hnojivo a krmivo pro hospodářská zvířata.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to describe available options for processing and using stillage. The first part of the paper focuses on alcohol and its production, with a brief description of the development of the distillery industry not just in the Czech Republic, but also around the world.
