Abstract:
V této práci je souhrnně popsána problematika obhajoby obviněného v trestním řízení, jak ji umožňuje současné české právo. Nejdůležitější právo obviněného je právo zvolit si obhájce, kterým může být pouze advokát. Advokát je osoba, která splňuje požadavky uvedené v zákoně o advokacii. In this work, collectively described the issue of defense of the accused in criminal proceedings, as it allows the current Czech law. The most important right of an accused's right to choose an advocate, which can only be a lawyer. A lawyer is a person who meets the requirements of the Act on the Legal Profession.
